Erika Johnson

My name is Erika Johnson. I am a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I have 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.

For years, I struggled with being overweight & having an unhealthy relationship with food. I had made the decision to hire a personal trainer to hold me accountable. It took me many months to understand that nutrition & fitness go hand in hand. I was detemined to accomplish my fitness goals.

After having three kids and trying various diets in between pregnancies, I finally realized that nutrition is key. I learned that you MUST have a positive mindset and patience in order to accomplish your goals. Through my experience & knowledge, I decided to become a Group Fitness Instructor to help others through their fitness journey.

After seeing my success in my own fitness journey and seeing the results of others who attend my group classes, I knew fitness was my passion. I then extended my education to become a Fitness & Nutrition Coach. My drive and focus is to utilize my skills and experience to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. My passion is to empower women, make them feel stronger and confident in anything that they do through the gift of health and wellness.
