Your workouts are created to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Workouts are based on your workout level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

You will be given both steady-state and high-intensity cardio workouts. The video demonstrations will be for high-intensity workouts.

Calorie recommendation and macronutrient breakdown. Includes access to the Facebook group, where you will get education on what are macros and how to spread them throughout the day, how to put together your meal plans, how to track your meals & new healthy recipes to help keep you on track.

FIERCE BODY FITNESS APP

– Includes daily workouts for both weight training & cardio.
– Weight training & Cardio Plans: geared towards your style of training; total body, muscle splits, powerlifting, or high intensity.
–  Cardio plans that include both steady stat & intervals for indoor or outdoor
Upload progress photos & measurements to visually see improvements in your physique.
Check-ins are Bi-weekly
– Message Center is available for quick responses to your workout or nutrition questions. I will respond to your message within 24 hours.
